Match report: Boys fought hard but ran out of steam against a strong Ballymun side.
After a busy few weeks of sport in the school the boys played their first Fingal League match today away to Scoil an Tseachtar Laoch Ballymun.
They started bright with a 2 point lead in the opening minutes only to concede 2 goals before half time to bring the deficit to 4 points.
The second half started in our favour again as we quickly reduced the lead to 1 point from an early goal courtesy of Devon.
Unfortunately the strong opposition started to pull away as the 2nd half went on but it was a huge effort from the boys who had tired legs from their recent Soccer match victory on Tuesday afternoon.
A big thank you to all who helped out and the boys who have given 100% towards playing for the school over the past few months.
