On a glorious day for football, the boys soccer team after their well deserved victory in the North Dublin qualifiers 2 weeks ago, set out to challenge some of the other victorious schools in Dublin at the DCU complex to try qualify for the Leinster regional finals.
The boys managed to come 3rd in their group with one win and two close losses to bow out of the tournament with a brilliant effort and some brilliant football on display.
We are all extremely proud of the boys efforts this year and extremely good attitude to playing the games. Win, lose or draw they showed the upmost respect to their opponents and deserve to hold their heads up high for a fantastic campaign!
A huge thank you to all the staff who helped out during the tournament and in training sessions in the school consistently, to the FAI for granting good opportunities for many schools and boys in the country, and finally to the boys themselves who have been a credit to the school.
