Seniors Members of Student Council ran and hosted our coffee morning in Aid of St Francis Hospice yesterday. It was amazing to see the ease with how they boys dealt with children and adults alike. Their people skills was a sight to behold. The younger members also played a vital role in co- ordinating their class and managing the queuing system which is no mean feat considering the excitement levels of the boys to get to the cakes. Well done boys!
A job well done! Time for the Student Council to relax? .....
Not even nearly!! They invited the boys from Scoil Mhuire to engage in a joint Student Council meeting where all the boys shared what their students council had achieved in the previous year and what plans they had for the year ahead. Our boys must have been impressive as they have invited us to their school for a meeting next term. We look forward to a continuing partnership with them! Watch this space!!
